Its primary functions include recognizing priority partners with the highest revenue growth potential, securing contracts for service, and providing ongoing client support to sustain and grow the relationship. Duties:
Sales and Marketing Activities:• Identify and qualify prospective partners with high revenue potential.

SKILLS ASSESSMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Description:
This position will utilize Student Support processes and resources to provide high quality support services to students and graduates from enrollment through graduation. This includes all aspects of final exam administration and process for all programs, making proactive student outreach calls according to schedule and interacting with students and graduates in a supportive way while enforcing Career Step policies.
Duties:
• Interact with students and graduates to address concerns, direct the student to resources, and provide information regarding final exam procedures and protocol via phone, email, forum, chat, and other social media.
• Take and return daily student phone calls regarding final exam and outreach responses.
• Respond to voicemail within a one-hour timeframe.
• Respond to email and portal questions within a 48-hour timeframe.
• Monitor forum and social media daily; reply to assessment-related questions. Moderate chats as needed.
