We are needing a few more people to help us on Friday, March 18th for a make-up day for family canning. You are eligible to purchase up to 5 cases of BEEF STEW @ $36/case of 24, 14.5 oz cans if you are available to help.
We still need the following help:
8:00 a.m. – 5 people
10:00 a.m. – 2 people
12:00 p.m. - 2 people
2:00 p.m. – 10 people
4:00 p.m. – 9 people
Shifts are 2.5 hours. You must be able to stay for the entire shift!!!!!! Please do not sign-up if you can’t be here for the entire time.
IF YOU CAN COME, HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:Reply to this email with your name, phone number, preferred shift time and the number of cases of stew you would like to purchase .
a. If you have a 2nd option of shift times, please list that as well.
IF WE NEED YOU TO COME…we will reply to your email telling you what time you are scheduled to be here. If your plans change, please be sure to call (801-785-0998) to let us know. Sending an email will not work for cancellations.
If you don’t hear from us, your requested shift time was filled and we thank you for your willingness, but you won’t need to come. We may contact you at the last minute if cancellations happen.
