The Annual Ward Family/Neighborhood picnic is tomorrow night. Check the RS binder to remind yourself what you signed up to bring. Come enjoy friendship and food at 6:30 pm at Canyon View Park in Provo Canyon on the north side of the road. If you get to Canyon Glen Park, you went too far.

Ladies Night Out is coming soon!
Mark your calendars for Friday, October 14th from7-10 pm at the 200 S. building. There will fun activities for everyone. If you would like to have a chance to sit and catch up with friends, it’s a perfect time for that, too. Signups for some of the activities are in the binders. Come enjoy any or all of the following: Easy Gifts in a Jar, Corn bags to warm your feet or other parts on a cold evening, Card Crafting Fun, the cutest coin purses or sunglasses holders you’ve ever seen, darling crocheted hats, quilt tying, Easy Bread Machine Dough (can be used for cinnamon rolls, loaves, dinner rolls, focaccia, and pizza pull-aparts), or bring your own unfinished project to work on. Not only that, but there will be a bring and swap for stuff you don’t want and for stuff you do want. Save your unneeded items and bring for someone else to use. Finally, there will be treats and samples to try. So in the final analysis what beats food, friendship, and fun all in one tidy package??!!!

******HUMANITARIAN AID*******
We are working on hygiene kits now. A list of the materials for the hygiene kits will be in the RS binders (or check lds.org). Thanks to everyone who helped with school kits. It’s great they’re going to be used at Brother Shelton’s school in Orem. Other opportunities to help his school will be forthcoming.
If you want to sign up to help the cannery with peaches, it’s not too late. A signup went around in Sunday School today. Check with Robbi Ann for scheduled times.

The Lindon Senior Center is now open. Hours are 9am-3pm Mon-Fri. Lunch is served M,W,Fr and is free for people 60 and up. (Donations appreciated.) Reservations required. Go to www.lindoncity.org. Classes are beginning and are mostly free. There is also exercise equipment which can be used when the center is open.

If you have announcements you want in the RS bulletin, please email lisecarpenter1@gmail.com by Friday night. Also, if you want a handout passed around, please give 4 copies to me and I’ll put them in the binders before RS and Primary.
