HEALTHCARE PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Provo, UT
Salary Range: 50-60,000
Description:
This position is responsible for providing account and project management for the implementation of Career Step corporate training programs in client organizations. This includes establishing a relationship with the client organization’s project management team, developing and implementing a comprehensive training plan, evaluating results and recommending changes to the plan.
Duties:
• Based on sales contract, develop a training plan that includes learner benchmarking assessments, a training program implementation timeline with milestones, and post training learner assessments. Implement training plan by coordinating learner enrollment, monitoring learner progress, and ensuring successful completion of the program.
• Communicate with client project management team and Career Step staff to identify and resolve content or technical concerns,
• Suggest program and reporting improvements based on client needs.
• Maintain customer information in the Career Step customer relationship management system.

Description:
We are currently looking for professional, self-motivated, and experienced sales representatives seeking to further their careers as Enrollment Advisers (Inside Sales). As a sales representative of Career Step, you will offer career-focused training programs to individuals looking to find stable healthcare, administrative, or technical career opportunities. This full-time position is primarily focused on assisting prospective students through the decision making and application process via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and emails

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:• Effectively manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high enrollment rate
• Sales Representative will contact warm leads by phone to explain the career opportunities provided by the school
• Advise prospective students on selection of courses based on their individual education and vocational objectives
• Compile registration information and accept tuition payments
• Sales Representative will use a CRM (salesforce.com) to manage a pipeline of potential students

Description:

Description:
This position is established to drive revenue growth among current and prospective partners within the college and university community. Its primary functions include recognizing priority partners with the highest revenue growth potential, securing contracts for service, and providing ongoing client support to sustain and grow the relationship. The position is also responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that accomplish sales and support objectives.
Duties:
Sales and Marketing Activities:• Identify and qualify prospective partners with high revenue potential.
• Develop relationships with deans, directors, department managers and other decision makers to secure their commitment to offer Career Step programs to their institutional service base.
• Manage co-branded partnerships with colleges and universities that utilize Career Step programs.
• Seek out opportunities to add courses, funding sources, and marketing solutions for each partner.

Operations:• Create client interface websites.

SKILLS ASSESSMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Provo, UT
Salary Range: $12-14/hour
Description:
This position will utilize Student Support processes and resources to provide high quality support services to students and graduates from enrollment through graduation. This includes all aspects of final exam administration and process for all programs, making proactive student outreach calls according to schedule and interacting with students and graduates in a supportive way while enforcing Career Step policies.
Duties:
• Interact with students and graduates to address concerns, direct the student to resources, and provide information regarding final exam procedures and protocol via phone, email, forum, chat, and other social media.
• Take and return daily student phone calls regarding final exam and outreach responses.
• Respond to voicemail within a one-hour timeframe.
• Respond to email and portal questions within a 48-hour timeframe.
• Monitor forum and social media daily; reply to assessment-related questions. Moderate chats as needed.
• Maintain and update final exam results emails and other final exam correspondence as needed; create additional correspondence and tools when necessary.
• Document student-staff interactions in the Student Services database.
• Manage exam flow and scheduling of all exams and due dates to facilitate grading.
• Ensure scores are sent within appropriate time period.
• Manage Action Plan scheduling and implementation.
• Pull reports to create call lists for student outreach calls in all programs.
• Make all scheduled calls for Career Step programs.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Salary Range: $60-80,000
Description:
Looking for a highly motivated software engineer that can architect, design and implement new components for a LAMP based application. The position will be responsible for building new components or enhance existing functionality. Will also be responsible for maintaining existing applications.
Duties:
• Design, implement and test features of web applications specifically for customers within the online training industry.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and implement fixes.

VP OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Location: Provo, UT
Description:
The VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the company. The ideal candidate would have a balanced view of both accounting and finance, experience working closely with auditors and executive leadership, and a career path leading towards a CFO position. The position will own the budgeting and forecasting functions, in addition to general accounting, financial reporting, audit and tax responsibilities. This position reports to the COO with functional responsibility to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Duties:
• Establishes and directs the fiscal policy of the organization and recommends changes as necessary.
• Provides crucial input to the development of the organization’s strategy, plans and programs.
